Lamb chop

scottaditoServes for 4 persons: 8 lamb chops, 1 handful of rosemary, 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 4 lemon, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Flatten with hands chops and marinate with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper for an hour. Heat a grill pan and cook the chops well on both sides. Serve very hot accompanied by lemon wedges. Garnish with salad.
