Serves for 6 persons: 2kg of pork chops, 1 glass of red wine and 1 cup nut loose, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper, non-stick pan, aluminum foil, pan.
Preparation: Marinate the chops with olive oil, onion, fresh garlic, rosemary, red wine, salt and pepper in a baking dish with non-stick bottom. With the knife make holes in the meat entering the garlic and rosemary in the holes. Stir the mixture with wine and other ingredients and pour over chops. Put the chops to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours turning the meat to make it flavor. In a saucepan melt with a glass of water a nut meat and allow to cool to pour it over the meat. After marinating time cover with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 180°C for an hour and cook the chops. For garnish you can use a potato side dish possibly fired. The ribs appetizing, tasty, are ready.
