  • MACHINE FOR LIFTING PERSONNEL - DETAILED ENGINEERING

The goal of the project was to assess the feasibility for the design of a new aluminum lifting machine for personnel.

In this phase, the defined load to be lifted, including safety factors was used for the detaile structural calculation with ANSYS, a FEA software. The CAD drawings, developed in the previous phase of the project, were imported in ANSYS to perform the verification.

The structural calculations have had the aim both of dimensioning the sections of the frame and define the type of welding to be applied.

  • MILLING MACHINE FOR ELECTRIC MOTORS - DETAILED ENGINEERING

The goal of the project was the development of individual parts and assembly for an automatic milling machine. The development was done in a 3D model using Solidedge. At the end of the development phase, checking any possible interference, was performed the executive 2D drawing of each component and general assembly.

CLIENT: TECNOMATIC

  • SYSTEM FOR CUTTING GLASS - DESIGN REVIEW

The project had the task of reviewing the design calculations of the various parts of the plant, optimizing each component. All the changes from the previous design and verification of the interfaces, if necessary, was done in agreement with the Client. The software for the dimensional verification of the plant components was Solid Edge and Catia V.
